2017 was a fantastic year for Ormonde Machinery and we couldn’t be more grateful for our customers continual support. In 2017, Ormonde Machinery attended one trade show, four Terex events/open days, sponsored one award show and welcomed two new faces onto our team. It’s been a busy year!
The Balmoral Show, which ran from 10th – 13th of May 2017, played host to our Ormonde Machinery stand and gave our customers an opportunity to view some of the latest machines we have available as well as gaining information from our more than equipped sales team.
As well as presenting our brand at trade shows, we’ve been busy travelling with Terex, to their varied range of open days and events across the world. Our NI sales consultant, Raymond Murphy attended the ConExpo/ConAgg event in Las Vegas from March 7-11.
Whilst our General Manager, Conal Mullan, attended the Terex Finlay open days, hosted in Baltimore, in September. Conal Mullan said of the event “It is a fantastic opportunity for dealers and customers alike to network and view the outstanding products that Terex Finlay produce.”
In October of 2017, Ormonde Machinery had the pleasure of welcoming two new employee’s to our company.
To wind down the year, we also sponsored ‘The quarry of the year award’ at the annual Plant & Civil Engineering ‘Plant, Construction & Quarry’ awards. It is always a pleasure to attend such an event and we hope to attend for many years to come.
Of course throughout 2017, we’ve also welcomed plenty of new machines through our gates such as the Terex Finlay J-1170DD, the Terex Washing Systems M2100 rinser and fm120BW, the Portafill 2000CT and the Rapid 400 CW.
